Teamsters 89 members at Android Industries in Bowling Green, Kentucky ratified a new four-year agreement on September 25th by a 98% margin. The new agreement includes improved vacation language, more paid personal days, and wage increases.
Android Industries is a parts distributor and tire and wheel assembly warehouse for the GM plant. We currently have 48 members and with this new agreement we expect the company to grow with continued success.
President Zuckerman and the Teamsters 89 Officers wish to thank Trustee and Business Agent Kevin Evans, who chaired the union negotiating committee, as well as committee members Anthony McGrew, Kenny Teed, and Jeff Bratton for their hard work and determination to obtain a good contract for their members.
