Yesterday the IBT Carhaul negotiating committee sent out a memorandum to all affected Local Unions giving a very brief update about the Carhaul contract.

The memorandum includes an update on when negotiations will continue:

“The Teamsters National Automobile Transporters Industry Negotiating Committee (TNATINC) and the Carhaul employer representatives will resume contract negotiations on April 12 in Detroit. The talks will continue on April 13.”

The memorandum also claims that “The next round of talks comes on the heels of ‘significant progress’ reported during the last round of negotiations in late February.”, and concludes by asking Carhaul members to continue work as normal and look for updates via www.teamster.org/carhaul-2015 .
